Walking into the restaurant I felt an instant urge to leave. The surrounding crowd of usuals sitting at the bar glared with open eyes like saying "Why the hell is this city boy here?" without even opening their mouths. I sat down at a booth and took a look at the menu. Glaring down at the chipped wobbly table I slid my finger down the face to reveal a thin layer of dust coating the surface. "Can I get you somethin' sir?" the waitress rudely stated as he jaw bounced endlessly snapping her gum. "Some coffee would be fine. I'm kind of in a hurry and just needed to use the restroom and stretch my legs." She replied with a nod and turned away. I found it time to use the restroom. Returning from the grimy disgusting bathroom I found the restaurant empty. Not a single person inside. I walked out of the restaurant to see an out of business sign. I stepped back into my car and left very disturbed and confused.

I like this story, its very open ended and seems like there is much more under the surface of this one. Very good job!
